We cordially invite you to submit contributions for the session "Exoskeletons in medical and production environments" in the Framework of the IIC 2025 . This interdisciplinary event is dedicated to the latest developments, challenges and applications of exoskeletons in various fields.

The submitted abstracts will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
All submissions are considered "pending" until reviewed and approved or rejected by the organiser. Please do not purchase train or plane tickets or reserve a hotel room until you have received notification of acceptance. The conference does not pay speaker fees. Hotel, travel and other expenses are the responsibility of the speaker.
The lecture room has a digital flipchart as a projection screen and a presentation laptop from which all presentations are played. As this is a room with a maximum capacity of 40 people and good acoustics, special sound equipment is not necessary. Please send us your complete presentation by 31 August 2025. You are welcome to arrive at the event location on 23 September 2025 from 14:00 if you would like to carry out a technical test in advance.
The event reserves the right to postpone or cancel the date, change the location or change the announced speakers for an event. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, sabotage, accidents, trade or labour disputes, terrorism or hostilities.
With the acceptance of your contribution and the notification of this, your participation and the lecture are binding. If you are unable to attend and nominate a substitute speaker, please inform the organiser immediately. The organiser reserves the right to change the announced speakers and/or topics if necessary without incurring any liability.
The speakers agree that the organiser may make audio and video recordings of the speakers' performances and use these in whole or in part in these recordings or photographs in publications in the advertising media. Speakers agree that photos, videos or recordings may be used for commercial advertising purposes in any way. Speakers will not be compensated and agree that the organiser may use all photos, video and audio recordings indefinitely and free of charge.
All authorised presenters must respect intellectual property rights: Presenters must ensure that information, illustrations and images contained in presentations, related materials or visual aids are factual, not misleading and do not infringe the intellectual property or copyrights of others. Written proof of ownership or authorisation must be provided upon request.
and are required for all video and television/film recordings. Speakers agree to provide imk Health Intelligence with an approved PDF version of the presentation so that it can be made available to participants.
By submitting a proposal, you accept these guidelines for the submission of speakers and undertake to comply with these conditions.
