The participation fee refers to participation in the main and evening programme of the Exo Session and includes attendance at the presentations and the exhibitor including refreshments during breaks and lunch on 24.09.2025.
Arrival and departure as well as any overnight stays are to be organised by the participants themselves and at their own expense.
